Excellent Salary plus bonus with the opportunity to lead the strategic plan for our Wood Floor Care Category from product conceptual stages through product life cycles with accountability for growing and optimizing category P&L, brand positioning and awareness and providing sales support and promotional activities. Position requires a self-starter with a strong bias for action with demonstrated marketing experience working with national recognized branded product line. Responsible for strategic goals to be able to drive short and long term brand growth and profitability, identify and analyze market opportunities that, tests product concepts, formulations and attributes to meet market needs. Provide technical and financial justification for product selection and definition. Lead new product & market development efforts working in conjunction with a cross-function team. Provides technical service, troubleshooting and situation management for the wood floor category. Must work in concert with other team members, distributors, sales, contractors and senior management traveling as required. Responsibilities are executed in a climate of frequent interruptions, evolving priorities and implemented both direct and through extensive delegation.
